My name is Lisa Young, and I am the founder of Rightintyme Virtual Assistant LLC. My mission is to support weary and overwhelmed faith-based lady bosses who coach or own small businesses. God has given you an idea/assignment to become an entrepreneur. You have taken the road of doing everything yourself. I am here to help.  After 13 years doing administrative/customer service work, God has allowed me to open my business and be a support to those He has sent my way.

My story begins in the Higher Education arena.  I worked and gained experience serving Administration, Faculty, Staff, and Students. A colleague suggested that I start my own business and work from home. I believe now that God was giving me a gentle nudge. I had never considered this option before but thought it was a great idea. I did not leave right away I stayed working for 4 more years.  During those years, I stumbled across the Virtual Assistant industry.

I continued my regular day job and prayed that God would show me the way.  I knew that He would guide me to the path that He wanted me to be on. He answered my prayer in a big way. After sustaining an injury, I was let go from my job, and I began to put the pieces in place for my Virtual Assistant business. I began taking online courses, training, and webinars which helped me to expand my knowledge and skills. Everything came to a halt when I received a call to return to Higher Education. I accepted that call and began work, but I also continued my Virtual Assistant learning. During the Pandemic, God gave me another opportunity to revisit the idea of officially starting my business. He gave me the name Rightintyme, and here I am today as Rightintyme Virtual Assistant LLC.

I am a natural-born supporter, and as a Virtual Assistant, I am committed to ensuring that all my clients receive the highest level of support possible.
